What are the festival hours?

The Festival will take place on July 18th, 2020 from 11 AM to 8 PM. Set up for vendor starts from 7:30 am and specific instructions will be provided directly to registered vendors by email a few days before the event.

Where is the Festival?

The festival will take place at the Irving Street Park, located at 6995 Grove St, Westminster, CO 80030.

Is there a cost to attend?

The festival is FREE for the public to attend. Food, drinks and goods, are available for purchase from vendors. The festival is NOT free for vendors. If you would like to participate as a vendor, please refer to the page PARTICIPATE or contact us at WLF@imageimpressions.com

Parking

​There is street parking available around the park and in the neighborhood. Additionally, there is available parking at the Westminster Plaza Shopping Center on 7358 Federal Blvd, Westminster, CO 80030.

Public Transportation

The RTD bus routes that stop closest to the Irving Street Park are 31 and 72. You can always build your trip at the RTD website or by clicking HERE http://www.rtd-denver.com/

Will there be entertainment for the children? How much does it cost?

Yes. The park has a playground that will be available for use free of charge. Entertainment on stage will include a clown show. Also, there will be some paid rides and face painting.

What kinds of food will be available?

There will be a variety of food trucks and vendors, offering the full spectrum of Latin food deliciousness, as well as traditional festival staples, treats, and drinks. Food trucks and vendors will be located North-West of the entertainment stage.

Can I purchase alcohol at the Festival?

There will be a beer garden located just West of the entertainment stage, serving domestic and imported beers. Please note that alcohol will be allowed only within designated areas and will only be served to adults ages 21 and older. No outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed.

Are dogs allowed at the festival?

Leashed dogs are allowed at the Westminster Latino Festival.  The owner is responsible to keep the dog under control and to clean up after.

How can I get a booth at the Westminster Latino Festival?

On this website, please visit the tab PARTICIPATE. The first step is to figure out what type of vendor are you, based on what type of activity you will engage at the festival. Is there a deadline to apply for participation at the festival?

Yes. All applications must be received with payment and required documentation by June 30th, 2020. Applications reviewed after that date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and might incur a late fee. However, space is limited, and booth spaces usually sell out by the beginning of June. Apply early!
